Do you know what a “synthetic analogue” is?

It is a manmade, not naturally occurring that is, chemical compound, that is structurally similar to, but not chemically identical with, the natural chemical compound found in nature.

In other words, a “synthetic analogue” is a laboratory created correspondent to a natural, God created that is, chemical compound: it is literally a “bogus equivalent”.

“Dronabinol is the International Nonproprietary Name (INN) for a pure isomer of THC, (-)-trans-Δ⁹-tetrahydrocannabinol, that is, the main isomer in cannabis.^[11] It is sold as Marinol (a registered trademark of Solvay Pharmaceuticals). Dronabinol (labeled as “Marinol”) is also marketed, sold, and distributed by PAR Pharmaceutical Companies under the terms of a license and distribution agreement with SVC pharma LP, an affiliate of Rhodes Technologies” (Wikipedia. “Tetrahydrocannabinol”).

Solvay sold its pharmaceutical division to Abbot Labs; yet Dronabinol (aka “Marinol") “is also marketed, sold, and distributed by PAR Pharmaceutical Companies which transferred 100% percent of its interest in SVC to Rhodes Technologies and (“naturally”), SVC became the sole owner of the ANDA for dronabinol (ANDA: “abbreviated new drug approval"). In exchange, as of June 2008, SVC granted Par the exclusive right and license to market, distribute and sell dronabinol in the United States for a term of approximately 10 years”.

Par launched Dronabinol (Marinol that is) during the third quarter of 2008.

Only Walgreen’s can legally distribute Marinol!

And it is against federal law for citizens to manufacture, distribute, and consume non-synthetic THC, that is, the naturally occurring THC found only in the marijuana plant.

US patent 6630507 states that: "Cannabinoids have been found to have antioxidant properties, unrelated to NMDA receptor antagonism. This new found property makes cannabinoids useful in the treatment and prophylaxis of wide variety of oxidation associated diseases, such as ischemic, age-related, inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. The cannabinoids are found to have particular application as neuroprotectants, for example in limiting neurological damage following ischemic insults, such as stroke and trauma, or in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and HIV dementia. Nonpsychoactive cannabinoids, such as cannabidoil, are particularly advantageous to use because they avoid toxicity that is encountered with psychoactive cannabinoids at high doses useful in the method of the present invention. A particular disclosed class of cannabinoids useful as neuroprotective antioxidants is formula (I) wherein the R group is independently selected from the group consisting of H, CH3, and COCH3. ##STR1##".

In addition to the United States government owning the cannabinoids produced by our own bodies and the marijuana plant, the synthetic THC, Dronabinol, (brand name “Marinol”) is owned by the globe-spanning pharmaceuticals and health care products company Abbot Laboratories. The drug Marinol is officially approved by the DEA, FDA, and “the Institute of Medicine, an organization chartered by the National Academy of Sciences. [Which] In a report released in 1999, the Institute did not recommend the use of smoked marijuana, but did conclude that active ingredients in marijuana could be isolated and developed into a variety of pharmaceuticals, such as Marinol”.

The DEA states that “The active ingredient of Marinol is synthetic THC, which has been found to relieve the nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy for cancer patients and to assist with loss of appetite with AIDS patients”.

My question to you is this. If synthetic THC has medicinal qualities how cannot natural THC, the THC found in the marijuana plant that is, not also possess medicinal qualities?

According to Abbot Laboratories own website they are the top ranked health care company in health care “and the leading health care company in generating revenue growth and cash returns in recent years”. The list of drugs Abbot Laboratories manufactures is impressive. The revenue of Abbot Laboratories, at 30 billion dollars annually is also quite impressive . . .

The U.S. government patents cannabinoids produced by the marijuana plant, apparently both the non-psychoactive and psychoactive cannnabinoids, citing the medicinal qualities of these cannabinoids, Abbott Laboratories owns synthetic THC and uses this substance to produce medically efficacious products; but we the people cannot grow, possess, or ingest the marijuana plant because the marijuana plant does not possess any medicinal qualities?!?

Marijuana is illegal specifically because of THC (because it gets you high). Marinol is synthetic THC (Marinol is owned by medical giant Abbot Laboratories). Marinol is officially approved by the DEA for providing a safe, ingesting in pill form rather than smoking, method of consuming THC; you know, like, "opium, which are (is) sold as pharmaceutical products like morphine, codeine, hydrocodone, or oxycodone".

So how the DEA contends that there is no medical value from the marijuana plant, when the DEA itself states, "The active ingredient of Marinol is synthetic THC, which has been found to relieve the nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy for cancer patients and to assist with loss of appetite with AIDS patients" is absolutely mystifying.

Is it possible for synthetic THC to possess medicinal qualities if natural THC does not also possess such qualities?

And there is no lawyer in this nation capable of pointing this out?

Marijuana as a schedule I drug is alleged, by the United States government, to be as "dangerous" as Ecstasy, LSD, mushrooms, and an assortment of laboratory-manufactured substances.

Marijuana is in the same category as acid for God's sake!

Schedule II drugs have some familiar names; cocaine, opium, methamphetamine, assorted barbiturates, amongst many other largely laboratory manufactured drugs. We all know how great of drugs speed, crack, and brown are, but apparently even cocaine has some "medicinal" qualities . . .

At least for the giant pharmo-chemical company that owns that patent!

So the marijuana plant is one of the deadliest plants God created, according to the United States government! Schedule I of course being:

(A) The drug or other substance has a high potential for abuse.
(B) The drug or other substance has no currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States.
(C) There is a lack of accepted safety for use of the drug or other substance under medical supervision.

Myself having read all of the pertinent court rulings regarding marijuana the government's assertion that marijuana has a "high potential for abuse" does not even pass the laugh test. Basically the courts have ruled that b/c some psychotic, or latently psychotic, teenagers may abuse marijuana, then marijuana must be illegal for all normal people. Luckily for you alcohol drinkers you have some sort of "noble" exception . . .

B/c an extreme minority of our population, an underage population who could not consume marijuana legally even if marijuana were legal, b/c this minority may potentially abuse marijuana, marijuana then possesses a "high potential for abuse" and must be illegal for all citizens. The feds have used inductive logic of the faultiest kind, picking one orange from a barrel of fruit and saying, "hey this whole barrel must be full of oranges". And apparently there is not an American lawyer capable of refuting this nonsense, which, surveying the landscape of American lawyers that rule over us, does not surprise me in the least! The "high potential for abuse" does not pass the laugh test, while the medicinal qualities of cannabis seem to be quite real, and of course, I do not need a doctor to show me how to consume a marijuana plant!

Also, I find it very hard to believe the Lord created the marijuana plant just so the United States government can persecute everybody who likes to grow and/or consume the plant: throw George Washington and Thomas Jefferson in prison; Bubba will take care of them! Har har har har . . .

The scheduling of marijuana is misguided ignorance at best, but in truth it is simply evil, and against our Lord and Creator! When organizations, groups of people, governments, outlaw the very fruit of the earth from other people then they stand against the will of our Creator as revealed to humanity in the Torah: then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food".

I'm missing the punch-line here. O wait, the government has actually patented certain properties of the marijuana plant itself! The government owns the pot plant and I cannot have any?????? This is not nuclear waste created by giant nuclear facilities in the hands of private citizens here people; we are talking about a plant that grows out of the earth . . .

What next?!? Is the U.S. government going to patent the marijuana-like chemicals our own bodies produce and then declare that we have not natural rights over our own bodies? But having no natural rights to the dirt of the earth and the plants that grow from it, is outlawing us from our very selves!

On an even funnier note, the U.S. government asserts that b/c marijuana is so popular this proves just how dangerous it is! Yessirree! That people will break the law to consume marijuana proves that marijuana is "bad". The feds actually use this argument! Apparently nobody thought of this argument during alcohol prohibition! It is popular but apparently not popular enough eh?!? Har har har har . . .

The government's argumentation actually devolves to the point of asserting that some people may drive or go to work after smoking some herb! Apparently this argument does not also apply to alcohol; yet last I heard it is in fact illegal to drink and drive and I seek no "noble" exception for marijuana in this regard. I seek no, but suffer under, such double standard!

The only ramifications I see now are abundant materials and manpower devoted to fighting a war on a plant and against it's consumers, I see countless lives ruined and divested of personal possessions by legal persecution, I see Mexican children being gunned down by dudes that want to make a lot of money smuggling plant material into this country, I see the prison-industrial complex booming and heavily armed squads of badges garrisoning every city to fight a war against a plant and it's consumers: I see that all the wrong people have a vested interest in keeping the pot plant outlawed!

As previously noted, trade, i.e., money, trumps God!

Is this truly the will of we the people?

Since the repuglicans worship the U.S. government like it is God incarnate, and demoncrats are all evil, then one would figure all "law-abiding" Americans would wholeheartedly support a repeal of the second amendment and a confiscation of all handguns! Hunting rifles alone could be stockpiled by the citizenry and then only the U.S. armed forces would possess WMDs! And any of those crazy right, or left, wing crazies that took up arms would be wiped off the earth by our Homeland Security.

Within ten years of the ban on handguns all street thugs with guns would either be dead or in prison; and of course that nonsense about "an armed society being a safe society" would be thoroughly debunked!

Then our streets would no longer run red with blue-blood and we could actually find out if a disarmed society would be a safe society!

Is not your "sacred" constitution subject to change? If not then why do we allow "coloreds" and women to vote or count Natives as full persons? If we want to remain true to "original intent" then all guns should be kept for the taxman . . .

Marijuana decriminalization will not be on this November’s ballot!

That is alright, b/c:

1) The federal prohibition against marijuana stands against Christianity in that they outlaw that which our Lord sanctions; I stand on the side of YHWH and against that of evil laws made by corporate politicians! Other religions are legally recognized as able to consume psychedelic hard drugs, and yet the government contends that my freedom of religion should be abrogated b/c marijuana, being a common soft drug, is much more susceptible to being diverted to non-Christians, or any other citizens. Well, I don't distribute our Lord's green herb that He calls good to any other citizens. My stash does not get to the "free" black market, so quit persecuting my religion! Praise Jesus!

2) The feds contend that marijuana has a "high potential for abuse”. Their "proof" of which I have thoroughly demolished, and my legal rebuttal is sitting right here on my desktop. The allegations of a few state funded researchers are not credible and do not pass even the most liberal construal of logical induction. One or two schizophrenics who may abuse marijuana out of a thousand people warrants not the designation of "high potential for abuse" (as the feds themselves admit when they state "in a healthy adult population the likelihood for marijuana addiction/abuse is extremely exiguous"; this is like contending that since some people may be predisposed to abusing alcohol then alcohol should be illegal for everybody/anybody to consume!).

3) The thirteen states that allow medical usage are breaking federal law, since the federal government alleges that there are no medicinal qualities to marijuana, but citizens cannot break unjust state or federal law. Quite an interesting quandary I say . . .

People once broke the law by aiding escaping slaves, people once broke the law by manufacturing, distributing, and consuming alcohol, and, once again, for good or ill, Washington State citizens are able to buy fireworks rather than having to rely upon state and city governments for our right to celebrate the 4th of July!

Moral progression can often be a tumultuous accomplishment, and, whereas we the people never had a voice in making marijuana illegal to begin with, and with people such as Richard Nixon blaming the Jews for trying to decriminalize marijuana (as he states that people drink alcohol just to enjoy themselves!!!), and the war on marijuana becoming a tremendous source of power and "social engineering" for certain segments of our government and society: well . . .,

I'll settle this matter with the Supreme Court myself!

What we need are some true “death panels” in this State of Washington!

For people like me, having been in felonious trouble all my life, with no meaningful career opportunities available to me; I am nothing but a blight upon society who shall soon enough be living on the street: the State should be more than happy to put me to death!

Same as countless sisters and brothers doing long prison stints. Say a person aged 25-30, or older or younger, who gets a thirty-year sentence; now maybe they want to do their time, and then again, maybe not; they should have the choice available to them for the State to put them to death. The money taxpayers would save would be incalculable, justice will have been served either way being that they die or do their thirty-year sentence, and society is saved the problems of having to worry about what these criminals will do once they are released!

If you are mentally fit enough to do the crime you are competent enough to request the State end your life!

This way, prisoners, homeless people, and our otherwise socioeconomically disadvantaged, do not have to die slow deaths, we do not have the “stain” of suicide upon our own hands when we meet our Maker, and greater society is rid of the burden of us drains upon our State’s/nation’s resources.

Tis a win-win situation if competent adults can request that the State put us out of our misery!

There oughtta be a law, that those of us who no longer want to live, can gently enter that great night, with a cup of soothing hemlock provided by the State.

For invading oil-rich Iraq, just because we wanted to, America is guilty of being a war criminal nation (we can pinpoint a man on the street but somehow we “get it wrong” that a nation does not have WMDs). That is not simply hard to believe, that is simply unbelievable.

How many innocent Iraqis perished? Hundreds of thousands? More?

The Taliban may have provided sanctuary to al-Qaeda, if that indeed was the case a few well-aimed missile strikes could have adequately administered our “righteous” fury of vengeance following 9/11, but our full-scale occupation of Afghanistan is indicative of far more ominous designs.

How many Afghanis have perished?

Then of course, we bomb people in several different nations and the innocuous sounding “collateral damage” is nothing more than saying, “oh well, some women and children also were blasted into pieces”!

The question is also begged that of course Americans know about the “secret” prison in Guantanamo, yet being that we have so many wars going on right now, I have to assume “we” have truly secret prisons at any number of our worldwide chain of over 700 “military” installations . . .

Even by the most corrupt versions of the “just war” theory America stands condemned as a war criminal nation.

In George Orwell’s novel Nineteen Eighty-Four, the government had three slogans emblazoned on The Ministry of Truth building: war is peace, freedom is slavery, ignorance is strength. True, the dystopian society depicted by Orwell existed only in his mind. Yet, the doublespeak that existed in that made-up society has increasingly been adopted by governments – our government.

It is a tragic thing that the U.S. government employs doublespeak to deceive the American people; it is even more tragic that most Americans accept government doublespeak as the gospel truth.

There is no greater instance of government doublespeak than when it comes to the military. Here are some examples:

* Serving in the military: getting money for college from the taxpayers.
* Deploying to Iraq or Afghanistan: occupying a sovereign country.
* The global war on terrorism: a cash machine for privileged government contractors.
* Conscription: slavery.
* Stop-loss policy: backdoor draft.
* Dress blues: government-issued costume.
* Troop surge: escalation of a war we are losing.
* Flying sorties: bombing civilians and their property.
* Stationed overseas: helping to maintain the U.S. global empire of troops and bases.
* Enhanced interrogation techniques: torture by the United States.
* Extraordinary rendition: U.S. sanctioned torture by other countries.
* Fighting terrorism: making terrorists.
* Fighting our enemies: making more enemies.
* Defending our freedoms: destroying our freedoms.
* Insurgents: foreigners who resent having their country invaded or occupied.
* Sanctions: killing children without bombs and bullets.
* Military chaplain: trying to serve two masters.
* Military appreciation service: idolatry.
* Praying "God bless our troops": blasphemy.
* Supporting the troops: supporting foreign invasions and occupations.
* Precision bombing: civilian killer.
* Cluster bomb: child civilian killer.
* Land mine: American IED.
* Terrorist: someone who plants a bomb that doesn’t wear an Air Force uniform.
* Enemies of the United States: countries that oppose U.S. hegemony.
* Enemy combatant: someone turned over to U.S. troops in Afghanistan by someone eager to collect a bounty.
* Axis of evil: countries with oppressive governments that our oppressive government doesn’t like.
* Allies: countries with oppressive governments that our oppressive government likes.
* Anti-Semite: someone who opposes U.S. military intervention in the Middle East.
* Military recruiter: pimp for duped young men who want to sell their services to the government.
* Bomber pilot: long-distance killer.
* Persistent conflict: perpetual warfare.
* U.S. interests: an excuse to police the world.
* U.S. foreign policy: imperialism.
* National security: national police state.
* Collateral damage: the slaughter of unarmed civilians by American bullets and bombs.
* Die for our freedoms: die for a lie.
* War hawk: warmonger.
* Regime change: meddling in the affairs of other countries.
* Congressional supporters of large military budgets: pimps to hook up government and defense contractors.
* Military spokesman: military propagandist.
* Commander in chief: the chief war criminal.

I’m sure there are other words and terms that have been or will be devised or brought to bear to justify the actions of the U.S. military. Reject them, and denounce them for what they are: military doublespeak. [End of quote].

Spokanites, rise up to the occasion my fellow God-fearing, freedom-loving, unjust big government hating fellow Americans, and just say no to governmental "social engineers" who strive to make us abide by their corporate-lobbyist informed notions of "right" & "wrong"! We must fight for our freedom to pursue our happiness; we harm not our fellow man, and yet "the man" throws us into their prisons and steals our property and land! Enough! Remember Breckenridge (CO)! The feds say, "no, marijuana is pure evil" (but we have the patent on it by the way), while WA state says, "yes, the green is good for some" . . .: fie upon their incompetent "justice"! Let freedom ring Spokane and outright decriminalize the green! Let us show this nation once more that freedom cannot forever be unjustly constrained, and let the tyranny of tyrants be washed away not with blood but with the beauty of God's green bud! Yeah baby, the green revolution is upon us! Amen.
